ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8696 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2939 of 2023, dated 22.06.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 15th day of every month at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight 1/3

months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. A.D. JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second relaxation petition and the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8696 of 2023 regularly and the investigation is pending. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para Crl.M.P.No.8696 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2939 of 2023, dated 22.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
