2. This Court vide order dated 26.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17610 of 2024 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the same was cancelled by the Honourable Justice T.V.Thamilselvi vide order dated 06.02.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.1171 of 2025. Thereafter, on 13.02.2025, the learned Judge recalled the said order and had issued certain directions to the petitioner on the request of the de facto complainant.

3. Considering the circumstances, this Court is of the view that it is desirable that the matter is heard by the Honourable Mrs. Justice T.V.Thamilselvi.

4. Registry is directed to obtain appropriate orders from My Lord the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
