ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai-104, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.25292 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25292 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
