ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.10(b) viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday evening at 06.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28329 of 2024 by its order dated 13.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28329 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Sub Inspector of Police, B-2, Thiruvallur Taluk Police Station, Thiruvallur District.
