This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not known of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 316(2) & 318(3) of BNS/406 & 420 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that based on the complaint given by one Selvi against the petitioners, current paper enquiry has been conducted and closed. As on date, no case is pending against the petitioners and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and accordingly, this petition is closed.
