Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 303(2) and 329 of BNS, 2023, the present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, current paper enquiry has been conducted and as

on date, no case is pending against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
