ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to grant permission to Shutout the Cargo / taking back the cargo to Town and to release the goods comprising of 28496.00 Kgs., viz., 1572 Cartons of Frozen Boneless Buffalo Meat Presented for export vide Shipping Bill No. 3866554, dated 09.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the petition, the respondent passed impugned order on 21.07.2025.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate authority in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
