The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip No. RFL/Moolanur/52/2024 dated 15.11.2024 and consequently to direct the respondent to register the Gift Deed dated 15.11.2024 executed by the petitioner.

2.A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

3.In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.

4.The Writ Petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to register the Gift Deed dated 15.11.2024 executed by the petitioner, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 06.01.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No : Yes/No pam 2/4
