2. In the light of the above, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition seeking to quash the election notification dated 12.12.2024 become infructuous.

3. Hence, no effective orders required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
