ORDER

Though the present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceeding dated 31.07.2024, after submitting a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to file an objection.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if any objection is filed, the same would be considered and orders would be passed within a period of four weeks, the same was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file its objection, if so advised, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such objection is filed, the same would be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law after affording the petitioner a reasonable 2/4

opportunity of hearing within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is submitted that simultaneously criminal proceedings have been initiated and the same may be deferred. It is open to the petitioner to make such a request before appropriate authority and the appropriate authority shall decide the same in accordance with law if such request is made. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
