This petition has been filed to implead the proposed party as third respondent in the above writ petition.

2. The proposed third respondent is the mother of the petitioner herein. It is only appropriate that any issue relating to cancellation of settlement deed particularly Document No.7915 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018 registered in the office of the 2 nd respondent is heard and determined in the presence of the proposed third respondent.

3. Accordingly, the above miscellenaous petition stands allowed.

4. Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed third respondent.

5. Post the main writ petition on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 03.02.2025. Counter to be filed by then.

06.01.2025 dpq Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
