The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to prohibit the first and second respondents from continuing proceedings for the non-implementation of the award of the learned II Addl. Labour Court, Chennai dated 20.04.1994 in I.D.No.107 of 1990.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravindran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned counsel for the third respondent, made a join submission that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
