Defendant - - - - - This application has been filed seeking Leave to Sue the respondent / defendant, who is having its office at New Delhi which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. As seen from the plaint averments as well as from the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is noticed that the loan agreement was entered into between the parties only at Chennai. The applicant / plaintiff has also lent money only at Chennai. The monies are payable to the applicant / plaintiff by the respondent / defendant only at Chennai.

3. Since the major part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant Leave to Sue as prayed for in A. No.6595 of 2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
