ORDER

The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvennainallur, has addressed a letter dated 05.01.2026, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 23.06.2025 made in Crl.RC.No.38 of 2025, whereby this Court directed the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case in C.C.No.425 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made, the learned Magistrate is granted a further period of three months to comply with the order dated 23.06.2025 made in Crl.RC.No.38 of 2025.
