The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a declaration to declare that the petitioners are eligible to be considered for appointment in the posts at S.No.9-15 under the PSTM quota pursuant to the recruitment notification No.01/DMA/Recruitment/2024 dated 02.02.2024 issued by the second respondent.
2. The petitioners are not seeking reservation under PSTM category but their application may be processed if they are eligible otherwise without seeking the reservation under PSTM category but however in view of the limited scope of the relief sought in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No. 42646 of 2024 stands allowed and W.M.P.No. 42647 of 2024 stands closed. No order as to costs.
