Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the Respondents particularly that of the Second Respondent dated 01.06.2004 and 02.03.2005 respectively and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, without jurisdiction and barred by limitation and consequently forbear the Respondents from in any manner initiating recovery proceedings against the Petitioner.

C O M M O N O R D E R When both the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.P.Suresh Baabu, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the notice intimating the Petitioner about hearing of these cases by Registered Post has been returned with postal endorsement "Door Locked" and hence, he has no instructions to proceed further in these cases. A Memo to that effect has been filed in both the Writ Petitions. The Petitioner does not appear to be interested in prosecuting the Writ Petitions further. In the circumstances, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution leaving it open to the Petitioner to apply for revival of these Writ Petitions in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
