2. The learned counsel for the second respondent was present and has also filed petitions bearing W.M.P.Nos.33715 and 33716 of 2016 for deposit of backwages and payment of last drawn wages under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

3. Since the petitioner is not prosecuting the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.21544 of 2004 is closed and W.M.P.Nos.33715 & 33716 of 2016 are closed with liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
