ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition praying to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in FIR in Crime No.521 of 2004, dated 17.09.2004, pending on the file of the third respondent-Police and to file the final report/charge-sheet within a stipulated period of time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the prosecution has completed the investigation and they would file R.C.S. (referred charge-sheet) before the appropriate Court.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to file final report/referred chargesheet before the competent Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing of such R.C.S., the Court below is directed to issue notice to the de-facto complainant and proceed with the same in accordance with law.
