This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27720 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first petitioner herein/ A10 has signed for 30 days and complying with the condition regularly, however, the second petitioner herein/ A11 has signed only for one day before the respondent police. He also submitted that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the petition against the second petitioner/ Sabeen is dismissed at present, and the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the first petitioner herein/ Palanisamy in Crl.O.P.No.27720 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner/ Palanisamy shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
