This application has been filed seeking Leave to Sue the respondents 3, 4 and 7 who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for recovery of money against the respondents / defendants jointly and severally. As seen from the averments contained in the plaint as well as from the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the monies were lent by the applicant / plaintiff only at Chennai. The loan is also liable to be repaid by the respondents / defendants only at Chennai. Since the respondents 3, 4 and 7 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed.

3. After giving due consideration to the averments contained in the plaint as well as from the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is of the considered view that major part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Since major part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant Leave to Sue as prayed for in A. No.6605 of 2024. Accordingly this application is allowed as prayed for.
