ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition has been disposed of at the time of admission.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider and conduct enquiry and pass an order accordingly in the petitioner's appeal dated 29.09.2025 and dispose the same within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court preferably before 14.10.2025.

3. The Writ Petitioner is an Association of Retired Employees Welfare Association (REWA) of the State Transport Corporation. The petitioner states that the expelled members have formed Rival Association and are misusing the name and emblem of the petitioner's association. In this connection, the petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the respondent and the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said appeal.

4. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent to

consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 29.09.2025, on or before 14.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
