Today, this Writ petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner prays to correct the observation made in Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the order dated 02.01.2025. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 reads as follows: 3.Since no adverse orders has been passed against the third respondent notice to third respondent dispensed with.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner who was working as Head of Department in Government Polytechnic College, Coimbatore was transferred to Government Polytechnic College, Ooty and she reported to duty on 30.04.2021 before the third respondent who is working as Principal in-charge in that college. The sum and substance of the case is that the 3rd respondent who is junior to the petitioner has been granted promotion and holding the post of Principal incharge, the same benefit can be extended to the petitioner as she is also eligible person to hold the post of Principal in-charge. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation before the official respondents on 08.10.2021, 20.07.2023 and 28.08.2024 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. All other observations made in the order dated 02.01.2025 remains intact.
