ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to restrain the first respondent from mutating Patta Nos.363, 524 & 638, Aalathur Village, Thitakudi Taluk, with regard to the subject properties situate at Alathur Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalur District comprised in S.No.64/7 measuring 78 Ares, S.No.62/1A measuring 25Ares, S.No.62/3A measuring 22.50 Ares, S.No.62/3B1 measuring 4.50 Ares, pending disposal of the Civil Suit in O.S.No.65 of 2023 before the Subordinate Judge's Court at Perambalur by considering the representation dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after the writ petition was filed, the order of the fourth respondent, dated 22.09.2025 has been communicated to the petitioner. Hence, nothing
survives for consideration.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
