This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the order of acquittal dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I,Krishnagiri in STC No.573 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 51 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
