Final order was passed which was taken to the higher authorities by way of appeal. Therefore, the grievances of the petitioner to dispose of the representation has already been redressed.

2. Thus, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, if any other grievance exists to the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority. There shall be no order as to costs.
