The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.08.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.455 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that this petitioner filed the present anticipatory bail application by suppressing earlier K.RAJASEKAR , J.

Crl.OP.No.27216 of 2025 ssi dismissal order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26357 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner suppressed the earlier dismissal order passed by this Court and filing the present anticipatory bail application, this Court is of the view that it is clear an abuse of process. Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal Sessions Judge is directed to ensure that the payment of cost paid by the petitioner.
