ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para No.9(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29277 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in Cr.No.456 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 9(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29277 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Sub Inspector of Police, Pernamallur Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District.
