This Petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions imposed upon the Petitioner/accused-1 in Crl.OP.No.27130 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act at Chennai on all working days at 1/3

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27130 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 sai To 1.The Inspector of Police F-5, Choolaimedu Police Station, Choolaimedu, Chennai-94 2.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras.
