The petitioner herein/A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 406, 420 & 506(i) IPC in C.C No.1570 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This Court while dismissing the earlier petition seeking anticipatory in Crl.O.P.Sr.No.1607 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 had observed as follows: "It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled and Non Bailable Warrant has been issued and thereby he would seek Anticipatory Bail.

2.It is seen that the petitioner without challenging the order canceling the bail, has directly approached this Court seeking for Anticipatory Bail. This petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order canceling the bail, in the manner known to law. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.Sr.No.1607 of 2023 is dismissed at SR stage itself." 2/5

3.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner herein and an absconding charge sheet has also been issued. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this case and though the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Sr.No.1607 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023, the petitioner has once again approached this Court directly by way of filing the present anticipatory bail petition without challenging the order of cancellation of bail in Crl.M.P.No.45094 of 2022 dated 26.12.2022, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
