The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4) and 311 of BNS in Crime No.484 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.450/- at knife point. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has 5 previous cases. Hence, he strongly opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the bad antecedents against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/5
