This Court, by an order dated 20.01.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, it was recalled on the same day since this Court sought some clarification concerning the previous cases pending against the petitioner. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has two previous cases of similar nature registered under Mines and Minerals Act. He further submitted that this is the second application for bail filed by the petitioner before this Court and on the earlier occasion, it was informed that the petitioner has two similar previous cases and thereby, the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the earlier petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been arrested despite the earlier dismissal dated 04.12.2024. Further, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
