This petition is filed to condone the delay of 565 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.G.Bala, learned counsel for M/s.G.Bala and Daisy, for the respondent.

The delay is 565 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 565 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
