Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 grant patta in the name of the petitioner by virtue of registered sale deed dated 2447 of 1965 on the file of the SRO, Sriperambadur. The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the respondents 1 to 3 grant patta in the name of the petitioner by virtue of registered sale deed dated 2447 of 1965 on the file of the SRO, Sriperambadur."
2. Heard the counsels on either side.
3. On instructions, it is informed by Mr.P.Sathish, learned AGP appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has not made an online application. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make an online application with the necessary payment and within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the online application, the patta will be granted by the respondents.
