O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the complaint dated 15.05.2024 "find out the registered deeds 1) WILL in Doc.No.339/2021 dt.16.11.2021 and 2) Sale Deed Doc.No.3472/1993 dt.01.12.1993 and handover to the petitioner in hasty manner" or otherwise issue "Non Traceable Certificate" to the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking simple writ of mandamus, this Court directs the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
