Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.10.2024 and 03.12.2024 and to restore the petitioner's Electricity Service Connection to his property measuring 3.18 acres, comprised in Resurvey No.78, as per sale deed dated 16.02.1913, registered as document No.314 of 1913 at Krishnagiri Sub Registrar Office situate at Varattanapalli Village and Post, Bagur Taluk, Krishnagiri District forthwith.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2024 and 03.12.2024 and restore the power connection to his property situate in Re-survey No.78, Varattanapalli Village and Post, Bagur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
2. Earlier, the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.No.32073 of 2024 seeking direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to restore his power connection. The above said writ petition was disposed of by this court by directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents. Further, the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, a representation was submitted by the petitioner before the respondents 5 and 6 on 30.10.2024 and 30.12.2024 and the same have not been considered by them.
4. Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 5 and 6.
5. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 would submit that the certified copy of the order passed by this
court in W.P.No.32073 of 2024 has not been received by the respondents 5 and 6 till date. He further submitted, since the order has been uploaded in the website, the representations of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024 and 03.12.2024 will be considered by the respondents 5 and 6 and final orders will be passed, within a period of four weeks from today.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
