ORDER

The matter was listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.As per paragraph no.7(b) of the order of this Court dated 03.10.2025, the petitioner was directed to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday to Friday and to appear before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders. The said paragraph is modified as follows:

"7(b) the petitioner shall report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Salem at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders."

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order of this Court dated 03.10.2025 and to issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner.
