Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms. No.222, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 29.06.2002, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the admission of three candidates with a direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to issue Hall Tickets to the 24 candidates whose names are given in the annexure to this writ petition for appearing in the 1st Semester Examinations to be held from 24,

27, and 29th December 2003 and order re-examination for the examination held on 20.12.2003 and 22.12.2003 forthwith. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to issue Hall Ticket to 24 B.E Degree candidates whose names are given in the annexure to the Writ Petition for writing 1st Semester B.E Degree Examination to be held from 24, 27 and 29th December 2003 and order Re-examination for the examinations held on 20.12.2003 and 22.12.2003. Certain interim orders have been passed by this Court on 22.12.2003, 1.3.2004 and 12.05.2004.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.Mahalakshmi appearing for the petitioner represents that in view of the aforesaid interim orders passed in the writ petition, which have worked out the relief sought in the writ petition, nothing now remains for further consideration in the writ petition.

3. Recording the said statement, this writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
