2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the second respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein is the defacto complainant, who lodged a complaint against the first respondent for deceiving him a sum of Rs.1,06,07,500/- under the pretext of business transaction, for which a case was registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.6 of 2025. He further submitted that the accused was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee on condition in Crl.M.P.No.649 of 2025 on 01.04.2025 and

subsequently, the said condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.853 of 2025 on 16.05.2025 but however, he did not comply with the said conditions and hence, the petitioner has filed cancellation of bail application in Crl.M.P.No.1199 of 2025 and the same was adjourned without any progress.
