O R D E R
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the past 90 days for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 506(ii), 307 of IPC in Crime No.131 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against this petitioner is that during a wordy quarrel, this petitioner abused and attacked the defacto complainant with knife. Due to which, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 and thereafter, detention order was revoked and that the petitioner is in Judicial Custody for the past 90 days. He would also submit that no one was injured in this case. Only for the purpose of detaining the petitioner, this case has been registered. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are 9 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the fact that investigation in this case has been completed and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.183 of 2025 on the 2/6
file of the III Additional District Judge, Virudhachalam and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in Judicial Custody for the past 90 days, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District Judge, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District and on further conditions that:
[a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2019']. The learned Magistrate shall obtain a copy of any one of the identity proofs to ensure their identity;
[b] the petitioner shall report before the trial Court for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;
[c] On breach of any of the aforementioned conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to pass appropriate orders against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the aforementioned conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by 3/6
the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)13 SCC 283];
[d] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 of B.N.S.
