Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got serious objection in allowing the above petition.

3.The petitioner, who is the guardian of the appellant would aver that on account of accident, his son sustained serious injuries and he is bed ridden since the date of accident and due to financial constraints, a delay of 934 days occurred in filing the above appeal.

4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition is ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 934 days.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.171773 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
