ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the 12th defendant died. The appellants 15 to 22 were already on record. Furthermore, counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 is not inclined to enter into a compromise inspite of notice issued by the appellants. The Memo dated 15.07.2025 filed by the appellants is recorded. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 filed a Memo dated 25.04.2025 stating that inspite of intimation given to the respondents 1 to 3, he reported no instructions from the respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondents has not signed in the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.03.2025. The said Memo dated 25.04.2025 filed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 is recorded. 3.The respondents 1 to 3 have signed in the Joint Memorandum of 2\4

Compromise dated 27.03.2025 entered into between the appellants and the respondents 1 to 3.
