The revision challenges the order dated 18.09.2025 by which the petitioner's vehicle was confiscated by the 1st respondent/ Additional Superintendent of Police, Prohibition and Enforcement Wing, Namakkal.

2. Admittedly, only an appeal is maintainable against the said order. In fact, an appeal has been filed by the petitioner before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, which is pending consideration. Hence, this revision is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
