This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for forbearing the first respondent and his subordinates or any others from in any manner harassing the petitioner on the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent as the matter is only a civil in nature.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submitted that already enquiry was conducted and after enquiry, the complaint was closed and therefore, there is no question of harassment.

3. Recording to submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
