2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27440 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Madhavaram Police Station, Chennai District.
