This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28445 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024. 2.Heard both sides. sai Court for a period of 45 days and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in this matter. He would further submit that Spl.SC No.297 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 23.01.2025 before the trial Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28445 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 in 7(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on 23.01.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Judge, concerned.
