ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1985 days in filing the appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the sudden death of the family member and Covid pandemic, they are unable to file an appeal on time.

3.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the claimants are entitled for interest from the date of numbering of this appeal. 4.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned.

The claimants are entitled for interest, if any, from the date of numbering of this appeal.
