Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the proceedings of the first respondent made in Letter No. 31723/Forest-2/2003-7 dated 04.06.2003 and quash the same consequently direct the first and second respondent to invite the President of the petitioner's Association for the periodical meeting to be conducted by them once in three months.
