This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the jurisdictional Magistrate at 10.30 am on all working days until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28753 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crime No.292/2024 on the file of the respondent police.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 21 days and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in this matter.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28753 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Arakkonam, on 03.02.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
