This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23910 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
