(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Review Application is filed seeking to review the order of this Court dated 14.11.2024 in O.S.A.No.115 of 2023.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Review is for the limited purpose of expunging some observations of this Court about the receipts in Para No.8 of the order. It is open to the petitioner to explain the receipts and therefore, with the liberty preserved to the petitioner to agitate his case about the receipts at the time of trial, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
